All Light Construction was founded by President Josh Tincher, who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the electrical and construction industries. Josh began working in the trade at just 16 years old alongside his family, building a strong foundation in craftsmanship, hard work, and customer service that continues to guide the company today.
Throughout his career, Josh has successfully managed projects of every size — from large-scale commercial and industrial contracts with partners such as Honda to small residential service calls and home improvement projects. His wide range of experience allows All Light Construction to confidently handle everything from complex electrical systems to general construction solutions.
